Order 10, the 11th is our treat

Until Nov 30, each 10 items in an order earn one more for $0, and 20 earn two. The free one is a repeat of the cheapest item in that order, so mixing brands still counts toward the 10.

Treat units are rationed for the month; orders placed earlier get them first, and the treat stops once they run out, possibly before Nov 30.
